Tested, and works (hooked up to speaker wires and produced clear music) . Impedance with a multimeter showed 14.5 ohms. See photos for cosmetic condition.
Radio Shacks 1980 catalogue has the Optimus T-200 on page 24. The item number for that speaker is 40-2029. I am only surmising that these were the woofers used in those speakers, as they were acquired loose, not installed in a cabinet.
Seller is not knowledgeable about speakers, so do your own homework. Sold AS IS, but as described. Ask questions as needed.
