This Eppendorf 5417C Centrifuge is in fair cosmetic condition showing many signs of wear and prior use.

I could not get the rotor lid to tighten down. The feet show much wear.

When it powered up it appears to respond to button presses and the lid opened with no problems. It spun at both low speed and high speed. When spinning at high speed it was VERY LOUD. 

However, this is the extent of my testing of this centrifuge for now, and it is being sold as-is.
