4 cm X 4cm x 3.5 mm thick, 8.5 amp, maximum watts 127.5. They operate from 0 to 15 volts, from -40 to 85 degrees. One side gets hot the other side gets cold, reverse the polarity and the opposite happens. If you use a heat sink, it can freeze. These particular Nord TEC's are hermetically sealed with RTV grease.
