One cup of flakes contains approximately 90 grams of magnesium chloride and numerous naturally occurring trace elements from ancient seawater.

SUGGESTED USE:

Add 1-2 cups of flakes to the bathtub or footbath, then soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. For best results, the temperature of the magnesium bath should be warm, about 101°F to 105°F, rather than hot.
