SHIPPING: I will deliver your package to the Post Office within 1 business day after receipt of payment, excluding Saturday and Sundays. I will add tracking and insurance to all packages. Once tracking shows acceptance that I have delivered your package to the Post Office, please be aware some deliveries are taking much longer to arrive in some states. I will keep track of your item and file any necessary claim with the USPS to locate your package should the tracking stop. I understand the fear and frustration of not knowing where your item is, but I will do everything in my power to make sure your package is located and delivered. Should your package arrive damaged, I will also help file the insurance claim for reimbursement. I have been selling on eBay for several years using the USPS and starting in January 2025 I have had difficulties in some states delivering packages in a timely fashion. I do believe the USPS has the best rates and will continue to use their services for now.
RETURNS: I do not accept returns unless I made a mistake on the description and you contact me within 5 days after receipt of delivery. I try to inspect my items and I will always give 100% descriptions, so please ask all questions before purchase.
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 4 days, per eBay’s own policies. If payment is not made within the 4 day period and you have not contacted me, I will send one reminder invoice and if no response is given, I will have to file a non-payment claim with eBay in order to get my fees refunded.
