Primitive Hand Chopper

This hand chopper comes from my family members estate it is in fair condition the handle is washed out wood, but there is quite a bit of rust on the steel blades , a combination of rust and oils from apparently chopping nuts , I presume it is very old , please check out the photos I tried to detail the item as much as I can
