This six (6) piece set includes tulips electrodes in Imperial sizes that fit
most common types of molded case breakers for primary injection testing: 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8,
1/2. Sizes are engraved on each electrode.
This set ships in protective sleeves.
Electrodes, tulips, pins as they are sometimes referred to, these electrodes alow you to primary injection test a molded case breaker through the lug without removing the conductor. Test to 800A frame, some breaker types that are long winded breakers will
require you to use a pair of electrodes on the phase under test. Some 800A though 1200A you should be able to clamp you output cable directly to the lug. We are manufacture output cables, singles are double 500kcmil flexible conductor.
Designed and manufactured in the USA, leveraging all industry leading USA businesses from Autodesk CAD/CAM software, HAAS Automation CNC machines and tooling from Helical, Harvey, and Kennametal.
This design has been field proven on thousands of breakers over the past two years. Manufactured from specialized high strength bearing copper alloy not C110 which is too soft or beryllium which is toxic when handled or machined.
