Up for bid is a "Compliments of C. Koepper Indianapolis, IND" preprohibition ceramic whiskey decanter jug with a great graphic picture of the Monument Circle Soilders and Sailors monument. Very hard to find decanter from Indianapolis, IND IN Indiana. Chip at lip of opening. Measures 6 3/4" tall x 6" wide x 2 3/4" thick. Please see photos.
