Can I return the kit?
Returns accepted within 30 days if the film is unused and in original condition.
Can I return it if I’ve already installed or peeled it?
Unfortunately, no. Once the liner has been removed or an install attempt has started, the film is considered used and cannot be returned.
What if my tint arrives damaged?
Contact us before removing the liner. Send photos so we can help right away.
What if my vehicle isn’t listed?
If we don’t have a template for your vehicle, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

Is it hard to install?
Our kits are designed for easy DIY use. Just follow the guide and take your time.
What tint shade is legal in my state?
We’ll cut whatever shade you request, but it’s your responsibility to check local regulations before installing.
What is a "Standard Cut" window tint kit?
It's a precut pattern in a film sheet. You must remove the excess film around the pattern first to avoid ripping or tearing the actual precut tint. Follow video instructions carefully.
What should I do if the film arrives creased or damaged?
Report any creases BEFORE installing. Installing it means you agree it arrived in good condition. Do not install damaged film—contact us instead.
Why might I need to trim the film?
Sometimes the film may not fully detach from the liner and may require slight trimming. This is normal and shown in the instruction videos.
Can I pull the film from the liner?
No. Always remove the liner from the film, not the other way around, to avoid creasing or tearing.
What if my windows are curved?
You’ll need a heat gun to shape the tint to fit concave or convex glass. A hairdryer won’t work.
Do aftermarket windows affect fit?
Yes. These kits are designed for OEM windows. Aftermarket or replacement windows might not match perfectly.
Why do some door window films seem too large?
They're made to tuck behind the weather seals to prevent peeling or ripping. Fit varies based on vehicle seals.
What causes film damage?
Ripping, creasing, gooey adhesive, bubbles, dirt, or pet damage are from improper handling—not product defects.
What should I avoid during installation?
Don’t install in wind, let pets chew or claw it, run it over, or expose to smoke. It’s sensitive to poor handling.
What if my film gets damaged while installing?
By installing, you accept that the film arrived in good condition. Damage from handling isn’t a product defect.
Why does some trimming or adjustment vary by vehicle?
Due to inconsistencies in vehicle glass manufacturing, minor trimming may be needed. Not all glass, defroster tabs, or mirrors are placed the same way across vehicles. You may need to trim around defroster tabs or third brake lights. Many tinters remove the 3rd brake light before applying the tint and reinstall it after. If you prefer not to remove it, trim the tint to fit around it.
