Pictures show a high resolution counter (not included in this auction - for illustration only) measuring the 32768 Hz and 1 Hz outputs when phase-locked to a GPS disciplined 10 MHz standard.
The input to the divider is from the same GPS standard.
This is ideal where you need a very accurate 32768 Hz input to a real-time clock chip or a 1 pps for an electro-mechanical clock mechanism,
and you have a good 10 MHz OCXO or a GPS disciplined 10 MHz clock source.
