Do not use stainless steel fountains in your pool! When a stainless steel fountains are installed in an enclosed area where it cannot be accessed the moisture ( due to concrete being porous) trapped in around it will causing rust. If you look at the big name-brand sellers such as Jandy or Zodiac you will see that they do not carry stainless steel fountains because of the repercussions of using a stainless steel fountain in a pool especially in a salt water pool. Please keep this in mind when shopping for pool accessories. Just because it's cheaper now,  you will be spending major money in repairs in the long run. Even though it is stainless steel it will still rust. These types of fountains should only be used in ponds or fountain areas where you can access the stainless steel metal to maintain it and prevent rust.
