• Dimension Details: Our tensioner is available in a 10-5/8" length, 2-3/8" width, and 5-3/4" height. You can use it with straps with a width ranging from 1/2" to 3/4" and made of Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), & plastic. Thus, making it a versatile tool for strapping applications and reducing the risk of damage during transportation. • Easy Operation: You don't need hardcore training to utilize our poly strapping tensioner and cutter. It's very simple to use follow the steps below for better understanding.
  
  • First, press the handle down till you see the clamp rising. Continue compression and place one side of the strap underneath all three features. Leave at least two or three inches of strap on the front.
  • Release the handle, securing the strap down firmly beneath the clamp.
  • Next, utilize the other side of the strap. Pull the handle upwards (creating almost a 90-degree angle) and take the strap through the cutter and ratchet (pull the strap, leaving no loose ends).
  • Now, lift the handle up and down a few times to ensure proper tensioning (just keep going till you feel it's tight enough).
  • Take metal seals (open serrated seals) and place them over the straps (both - ensure an inch of the strap is coming out from the clip). Now, utilize the sealer tool to tightly wrap the seal around the strap.
  • Bring the handle down and press it to cut the strap.
