This Italian combo pack is enough flour and tomatoes for sauce to make 20 pizzas (at 160g each - which is what Ooni recommends for their 12” pizza ovens). That is less than $2 per pizza!
This auction includes: Two bags of 00 pizza flour and two cans of authentic San Marzano peeled tomatoes.
First- the flour! Each bag weighs 2.2 pounds or 1 kilogram.
This is 100% Italian UNBLEACHED 00 flour from Anna Napoletana. These were just imported to the USA.
Second- the tomatoes!! Each can contains 28 ounces of the best tomatoes!
These tomatoes are imported from Italy and we’re grown in the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino area between Naples and Salerno Italy.
Don’t be fooled- it is estimated that 95% of “San Marzano” tomatoes sold in stores are fake and were not grown in this region in Italy.Please read this article in Taste about it:

So how can you tell if your San Marzano tomatoes are authentic? Look for three things printed on the can (you can see all of them them in the photos on this listing).
1. The orange symbol with white stars says: Denominazione D’Origine Protetta (which is abbreviated DOP on the front of the can).
2. The other symbol says Pomodoro San Marzano Dell’agro Sarnese-Nocerino and has 3 San marzano tomatoes in the middle. This is the seal from the Consorzio San Marzano (the consortium who inspects and certifies each can of San Marzano tomatoes)
3. Next to both symbols is a unique serial number printed on each can.
Both of these are very hard to find in most stores. Save yourself some time and expense and this combo pack will last you for a while.
The box weighs about 9 pounds so please understand I had to include some of the shipping cost in the final price. The flour bags will be sealed in Ziplock bags to protect them from the weather and the cans will be wrapped in bubble wrap. I ship same day as payment with Priority Mail, so you should receive it in 2 or 3 days.
