Pikeur Vest Ladies Medium

I had removed the sleeves professionally on this as I thought it would look better than the vests to purchase which were also expensive.  I got tons of compliments. Wore long sleeve white shirt and it all looked really cute. Per USEF rules you can’t wear a stock tie or any thing formal around your neck. Approximately size medium-large. Can fit either size.
