Gold version for 10-11.5mm ropes, and with the side gate. (red version for larger ropes, and must be removed to rig - very annoying).
Petzl ID, with all the great features, very friendly to novice rope users and users of all ages. This is the Gen 2 I'D with the button on the end of the handle for over-riding the panic function / paying out slack in low-angle terrain (when weight not fully on the rope). This can be desirable for some folks and more intuitive. Basically increases the "sweet spot" for lowering.
This example is in great shape, see photos. I have not put it on rope, but functions in the hand. I've got more descenders than ropes so need to downsize.
Sold as-is given the possible applications. Qualified users should be able to assess and understand suitability. Priced accordingly for what is a $300+ device new.
