Pete Seeger Signed vintage Peerless 220 M Banjo 1970's. My knowledge on banjo is pretty much none. From what I can see 2 strings are missing. One nut is missing. Overall shows wear. Especially can see that this banjo was played a lot. Not a casual player as the you can see the impression marks wear on the wood where strings were held down. See photos. Now for the autograph. This autograph is not authenticated. I add a photo of one that was to compare. Lot of similar signs. the fat loop on the P. The lower case e running into the S. Also how the g looks like a cursive L. So while not authenticated it looks pretty good. I suspect whoever owned this banjo was a be fan of Pete Seeger and had him sign it. If looking for just the banjo, I think with a little clean up this is pretty much ready to go. Looks to mostly be all there.
