If you are purchasing multiple quantities, please ensure you have all appropriate amounts in your eBay cart to calculate the correct shipping price.

Sales Tax

Voomi Supply currently collects sales tax in PA only. We charge tax to PA-based shipping addresses and may expand the states in which we charge tax in the future.

Some states require the purchaser to remit sales tax unless otherwise exempt. Please check your state sales and use tax requirements.

Voomi Supply does its best to ship orders out quickly once received. If your order is in stock and ships via a ground service (UPS, FedEx, USPS), it will typically be dispatched in 1-2 business days following your purchase.

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship ground orders. Our orders ship from multiple warehouses thus transit times may vary. Depending on the item quantities in your order, you may receive multiple shipments.

We do our best to keep inventory status current, but we may, at times, be unable to fulfill your order due to having no stock for your item(s). If this occurs, a member of our customer service team will contact you with your options and let you know when we expect the item(s) to be back in-stock.

For orders of multiple items or quantities, there may be additional handling time prior to shipping if we have to assemble your order from multiple warehouses. In these cases, a member of our support team will contact you shortly after you place your order with an estimated ship date. If you would like to expedite the handling process and ship your order in multiple shipments, we may charge an additional shipping fee.

Oversized or heavy items will ship via freight (LTL) carrier. The cost listed on products that ship via freight includes basic freight services only. If you require appointment scheduling or a liftgate, please reach out to us.

Voomi Supply strives to offer a simple returns process for return-eligible items. If the product you ordered is returnable, just reach out to us within 30 days of receipt to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please note that only new, uninstalled and unused items are eligible for returns. You may be charged a 20% restocking fee for any approved returns.

Items received via freight shipment are final sale and not returnable. In the event your item was damaged in transit, thoroughly inspect it upon delivery and refuse the damaged items. Items that you accept and sign for are not returnable. If items are not functioning correctly after receipt, they are covered under the respective manufacturerâs warranty.
