A tom post mount from a vintage Japanese bass drum, probably a Pearl or Star/stencil drum from the 60s. Fits a 3/4" diameter post. With its original wing bolt and internal pressure clamp. See photos for measurements.
Good condition with minor cosmetic wear, has not been cleaned.
