Shipping Policy  

All orders ship free with domestic freight companies - residences too!

• Free curbside delivery and estimated transit times - a commercial freight carrier will unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your location. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. 
• If you require additional service, such as inside delivery, delivery by appointment, guaranteed delivery dates, or access into restricted locations (churches, schools, military bases, etc.) arrangements must be made prior to shipping. Some services may incur an additional charge. 
• To ensure the fastest delivery, please be sure you input the proper delivery address, a contact telephone number, business name. Please also include whether you have a loading dock or forklift. 

Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Before you sign for your delivery, inspect your item and the packaging carefully and take photos. Have the driver note any possible damage on the paperwork. 
• If you discover damage after the product has been unpackaged, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to correct the problem.  Your unit will arrive on a pallet with protective wrapping.  Open it as soon as possible and set it up to ensure proper function before discarding the packaging.
