1.1 Product operation instruction
Device power switch: Press the power switch for 1 second to power on the device, and press it again for 1 second to power off the whole device.
AC switch: Press the AC switch for 1 second to turn on the inverter AC output, and press it again for 1 second to turn off the inverter output.
USB switch: Press the USB switch for 1 second to power on the USB, and press it again for 1 second to stop the output of USB1, USB2, and TYPE-C.
DC switch: Press the DC switch for 1 second to power on the DC5521 and cigarette lighter output, and press it again for 1 second to stop the DC5521 and cigarette lighter output.

1.2 Three USB sockets QC3.0 output
1.2.1 The switch turns on separately for the corresponding USB output.
1.2.2 When the switch is turned on, the display shows the USB icon, indicating that the output is on.
1.2.3 When TYPE-C PD100W is connected to a load in both directions, it will automatically discharge.
1.2.4 Power on the DC switch, DC12V output will be activated, and the display shows the DC icon.
1.2.5 Please turn off the device switch and power switch immediately in case of any abnormal operation, and check if the device in use is abnormal.
1.2.6 After use, please unplug all connected plugs and turn off the device power (the display goes off).
1.2.7 When the device voltage is approaching the protection voltage or reaches the low voltage protection threshold, the entire output of the device will be turned off.

1.2.8 When the AC socket is operating with a 110V/220V 500W output, the AC symbol will be displayed on the screen. In case of any abnormality, the AC switch will be turned off.

1.2.9 Before use, it is necessary to verify the rated power of the load being used to ensure that it does not exceed the 500W power output of the AC socket.

1.2.10 When the product voltage is insufficient, the screen will display a blank battery icon. In this case, it is necessary to turn off all outputs and promptly recharge to avoid over-discharge protection being activated.

 

1.3 Product function description

1.3.1 AC110V/220V output socket

110V/220V inverter output. The 500W power output is suitable for powering small household appliances and outdoor electronics. To operate, simply press the AC inverter switch button and plug in compatible devices such as small household appliances, laptops, drones, etc. When not in use, press the AC switch button to turn off the AC output.

Note: It is important to always turn off the power when not in use to avoid draining the battery.

 

1.3.2 DC5.5 output: 12V/10A

To charge digital devices, select the original charging cable that comes with the device. This is applicable for devices such as car vacuum cleaners, chargers, fans, dashcams, and other digital devices. You can simply press the DC switch button to turn off the output when not in use.

 

1.3.3 DC5.5 input: Provide a voltage of 12-25.2V-5A to charge this device, simply connect the compatible charging port to initiate the charging process.

Before powering on the device for the first time, please make sure to connect the appropriate power adapter to fully charge the device. The charging cable should be inserted into the INPUT (DC5.5) port located on the front end of the device.

1.3.4 USB Output: 5V-9V-2A, 12V-2A (QC3.0 fast charging protocol), TYPE-C is used to charge various digital products or other devices that can be charged through a USB port. Press the USB switch button to activate the USB output function. Once the output is enabled, the screen lights on. You can charge various digital products such as smartphones, tablets (including iPhones), GoPro, speakers, drones, or other devices that can be charged through the same compatible port.

 

1.3.5 LCD Display screen

Shows the battery level of the product and provides status indications for its usage functions.

Provides heat dissipation when the device is working.

Precautions:

3. When using AC loads, the power provided by this product is the rated load power, and generally, AC loads less than this power can be used normally. However, some electrical devices have a starting power that is several times higher than their rated power. If the starting power exceeds the peak power of our product, the product's protection function will be triggered, and the output will be automatically shut off.

Product Safety Operation Tips:

★ For the first use, please fully charge the product.

★ When using the product, please ensure that the digital product's screen is turned on and the charging indicator is displayed correctly to ensure proper usage.

★ Use the provided dedicated charging cable and adapter to charge the product. Do not use other charging cables or adapters, as it may cause danger.

★ When the product is not in use, please unplug the power plug in a timely manner. Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the product yourself to avoid fire or electric shock.

★ This product is not suitable for use in places where children may be present. When storing or using the product, please keep it in a safe place inaccessible to children and pets.

★ To prevent electric shock accidents, do not plug or unplug various wires or operate devices with wet hands.

★ Do not charge, use, or store the product in high-temperature and humid places such as near a heat source or inside a car parked under direct sunlight. Do not immerse the product in water or splash water onto it. Do not use the product when its surface is damp or wet to prevent fire, electric shock, or malfunction. Do not disassemble or modify the product yourself, as it may result in personal injury, electric shock, or malfunction.

★ Be careful of electric shock! The AC output voltage of this device is 220V. Do not touch the power cord, output wire, or plug part of the input section.

★ Keep the place where the device is placed and the work environment clean. If foreign objects enter the machine, it may cause a short circuit and smoke or fire.

★ If the product accidentally falls or collides, carefully check for damage, cracks, or deformation.

★ Do not insert needles, thread, other metal objects, flammable substances, or other foreign objects into holes or gaps. This may cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.

★ Do not store the device in an environment where the temperature exceeds 45℃ or may rise above 45℃, or use it in such an environment (e.g., in a metal box or in a car during summer).

★ If the device is stored for a long time, it is recommended to charge the battery to a capacity of 60%~80% every 3 months.

FAQs

Q1: Overload protection

Check the rated power and peak power of the electrical device to see if it matches the rated power of the outdoor power supply. Exceeding the power limit may trigger the overload protection function. After removing the load, the machine can be restarted and resume normal operation.

Q2: Over-temperature protection

When the temperature of the outdoor power supply reaches 70±5°C, the power supply triggers the over-temperature protection function. Once the temperature drops below the normal set range, the over-temperature protection function will automatically resume.

Q3: Unable to charge the phone

Please check if the USB output of the power supply is turned on and if the battery level is at least one bar or 10% or above. Check whether the charging cable is properly connected or if it is damaged. If necessary, try using a different charging cable.

Q4: No AC output

Please check if the battery level display is showing. If it is not displaying or showing 0, try charging the product for 1-2 minutes to activate it.

Q5: No DC output

Please check if the digital device and the connecting cable are properly connected or if the connecting cable is faulty.
