International buyers- I don't think this will be eligible to ship internationally due to the length.
This nice looking motor is in working condition. I uploaded a video of it running "Naked" without having it hooked up to a machine. The motor runs smoothly. I tested the wand function that allows it to go all the way to the color changer and it functioned properly. The yarn brake function is also working.
Important- Comes with foot pedal/power cord and accessories shown in my pics. I do not have the bracket that mounts the motor to the machine or a row counter. This would be great for someone who already had a motor and needs to replace it.
I have been selling knitting machines and equipment for about 14 years, but I am not an expert on Passap. I have just recently started selling more Passap stuff and learning about the equipment. I have a few experts that I contact and have been mentoring me on the Passap experience.
*I am told the 3000 motor is more powerful than the later 3000A motor. I have heard that these 3000 motors were not specifically designed to be used on an E6000 Passap. I am not sure, but I think these came out before the E6000, therefore it wasn't made for the E6000. There are people online that say you can absolutely use this on an E6000 and some that are not in favor it. I will leave it up you because I don't know the answer for certain and don't want to mislead anyone.
For shipping purposes, I will remove the round plastic motor cover and package it inside its own box. I have been told shipping these with the motor cover installed is a risk for shipping damage to the cover if it is not removed. Putting it back on it simple and only requires a Phillips screwdriver and the 3 screws included.

If you need me to store if for you for a reasonable amount of time (6 months or less) in my non-smoking, climate-controlled building, I would be glad to do that at no additional charge. It will save you the shipping charges. Please let me know you intend to have me hold it for you before purchasing.
I use USPS, UPS and FEDEX for shipping depending on buyer location and cost. Shipping insurance is included at no additional cost.
