Remote tech support for Panasonic PBX's and voice mail systems, including KX-TA, KX-TD, KX-TDA, KX-TAW, KX-TDE, KX-NCP. KX-NS and KX-TVA series.
NEW - Panasonic has released special permanent licenses for the legacy KX-TDE100/200 and KX-NCP500/1000 PBX's. The licenses can be used to unlock all features, SIP trunks, and IP extensions. See the picture above of a screen shot of an unlocked KX-NCP500. (This unit has a DSP card installed which adds 4 IP trunks and 8 IP extensions to the totals.)
There is no cost for the licenses, just for the tech time to download and install the licenses in the PBX.
Note: These licenses are meant for use only on US Panasonic PBX's. Adding analog lines and digital extensions may still require the purchase of a new circuit card.

Tech support is only $85 per hour, and is used in quarter hour increments. Unused time is saved for future use.
