The steamer fits into the Papered Chef Executive Stainless and Stir Fry 12" skillets.
The insert is 3 1/2" deep and 12" across. The handles make it 15 1/2'.
It is brand new in the box (box has been opened). Instructions included.
I have the 12" lid listed also if you catch it in time.
