These items show overall wear including scratches, discoloration, most of the original paint is missing, there is heavy surface rust found to the metal, heavy discoloration and spotting found, there are bends found in the metal of the legs, looseness found at the joint where the column back bar and legs are jointed, and there is tarnishing found to the top brass pieces.
