One set (2) - 1 for each wheel. Made of quality high tack (stickier than the normal vinyl) Oracal Vinyl that will last for years, the decals will compliment your oz racing wheels and are designed to fit into the center part of the rim like the one in the picture
as with any decal, please clean the area very thoroughly with a non greasy cleaner i generally use rubbing alcohol before applying

i have no idea why ebay has me select wheel diamater and size, its a decal for a motorcycle wheel, the decal is not 17 inches in diameter
