All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment excluding weekends. Free shipping is via USPS, FedEx, UPS or freight at our discretion to the lower 48 states only. Items shipped to PR, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and US Virgin Islands may attract a surcharge depending on the size of the item being shipped.

Please note that a commercial address is required for all oversized freight shipments. This is required by the freight company. If no commercial address is available then the buyer has the option of picking up at a local freight hub or pay the freight carrier residential fee surcharge which can be as high as $100

Any item that is damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the buyer. Kindly notify us as soon as possible.
