As the buyer, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a possible 20% restocking fee. 
Product must be in the same packaging it was delivered to you!

• Domestic orders are shipped UPS, USPS or Spee-Dee (regional courier) from one of our Midwest warehouses.
• Spee-Dee does not provide us a tracking number but orders usually arrive in 1-3 days.
• Orders placed BEFORE 12PM CST Monday - Friday usually ship the same day. 
• *During peak season (October-December) orders may ship within 3-5 business days due to extremely high order volumes.
• Deliveries to central states arrive within 1-3 days; deliveries to either coast arrive in approximately 4 to 6 days.
• Please note that UPS & FedEx do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
