They continue to use artisan methods of preparation, and aim to preserve the art of fishing and the origin and freshness of this delicious fish. It’s tasty enough to fall hook, line and sinker.

Known as bonito del norte in Spanish, white albacore tuna has a milder fishy flavor and more moist texture than other tunas.
