Book is awarded to Lidiya Aleksandrovna Stepanova by a Ukrainian SSR edict dated 19 December 1977 and awarded 29 December of that year. This issue at the republic level is scarcer and more desirable than those awarded at lower oblast or municipal levels. Organizational stamp is in Ukrainian. In excellent condition with slight wear commensurate with age as photographed.
