Original 1930s Kodak double sided die cut porcelain and enamel sign advertising the new Verichrome, 8 exposure,120 roll film.
The sign is made of enamel in black, yellow, red, and white colors with blue hand painted lettering. Early classic version of the Kodak logo. Color is bright and pure with surface wear, scrapes and a few spots of rust. Three rivets allow for bracket to hang in a store. Sign was photographed in natural light 40MB files imported into Lightroom for minor color/exposure processing for accuracy.
We bought the sign at Bobby Langston's auction in Wilson, North Carolina. Hammered for $1,500
