SUGGESTED USE:

Use our coconut sugar the same way you use regular sugar, it's a perfect 1:1 ratio.

Try our chocolate chip cookies 

  • 1 1/4 cup organic flour 
  • 1/3 cup organic almond butter 
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 1 organic egg 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 2 tsp organic vanilla extract 
  • 3/4 cup Big Tree Farms Organic 
  • 1 cup Big Tree Farms Organic Sweet Golden Coconut Sugar Nibs or other organic chocolate chips

Whisk dry ingredients together set aside. Cream sugar & almond butter, add eggs and vanilla. Slowly mix in dry ingredients, then add sweet nibs or chocolate chips. Bake at 325ºF for 8-10 minutes.
