This is a unique machine to make channel letters. During material processing, the software automatically identifies slotting angles and directions, allowing users to manually set front/back slotting in the software according to processing needs, with high recognition accuracy. Featuring intelligent operation for easy use, it automatically slots and bends arcs by importing path-format files. It is mainly used in the advertising signage industry, especially for automated production of metal illuminated letters (such as aluminum-border seamless letters, aluminum-edged super letters, folded-edge aluminum letters, etc.).

The cutting guide rail uses 1.5 linear square rails to ensure stability and verticality during slotting. TBI slider units are employed to achieve smoother vertical movement.	Bending Module The bending system adopts a dual-axis synchronized brass roller bending mechanism. Large-radius extrusion forming ensures fast shaping speed, while small-radius tapping forming delivers excellent shaping quality. It is particularly suitable for processing aluminum hemming coils. The brass rollers minimize scratches on the material's paint surface during the bending process, ensuring the aesthetic quality of the final letter casings.

Electrical Module The equipment adopts an ‌integrated circuit design‌, consolidating the motor driver, power supply, signal adapter board, solenoid valve, and relay into a ‌single cabinet‌ for easy maintenance.
