Cleaning is easy, we recommend use liquid soap and a sponge (do not use fiber to avoid scratches).
Stone Care:
Marble, Travertine and Onyx are porous stones that can absorb liquids which can cause discoloring and staining. To reduce stains on stone sinks caused by liquids, don’t let standing water accumulate as it may soak and leave watermarks. We recommend you to clean your natural stone sink regularly with warm water and a neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic substances (lemon, vinegar, etc.) as they may dull or stain the stone.
It is also important to seal your natural stone sink every 6/12 months to prevent staining. Stone sealers can be found at home improvement retail stores.

Return Policy
NO RETURN ACCEPTED ON THIS ITEM.
For refunds or replacements in case of damage we will need to receive images of the damaged item as well as the box and all the packaging material, it is very important to keep the box, packing material and damage item until further notice. DO NOT THROW AWAY any of these please.
These will be absolutely necessary for the insurance process with the corresponding carrier.
We do not accept returns on this item because return process is complicated due to the weight and size of the item, buyer doesn't have the experience to pack it again properly in a professional way, resulting many times that the item arrive broken during the return.
