Most orders SHIP within 1-2 Business days by DHL or FEDEX. Delivery time about 3days.
Fedex and DHL will not be shipping to P.O Boxes.
AK, HI, PR, Canadian and International locations have different shipping costs.
We will only be shipping to CONFIRMED Ebay or PayPal addresses.
Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Extra charges will be added for shipping if the package is returned to us because of a faulty address.
WARRANTY
There is a one month warranty included on all items after your package has been recieved. Items under
warranty are exchanged upon request. Customers are responsible for warranty return and shipping charges.
RETURNS
Item(s) that are found defective or damaged will be shipped back by the buyer after given photographic
proof via Email. If you are just unhappy with the condition of your item or changed your mind about it,
simply just send it back unused within 14 days of recieving your item and we will either send you another
one or give you a full refund.
PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal ONLY. If item(s) are not paid for within 5 days, an automatic report will be sent to Ebay
and an "Unpaid item case" will be opened. If customer still doesnt pay, the item will be relisted and the
case will be closed.
FEEDBACK
Feedbacks will be automatically left through our automated system once we've recieved your payment
and/or (+) feedback that would much be appreciated. Sometimes the system gets a bit glytchy and feedbacks
arent sent to the buyer. Please contact us if this happens and we will gladly leave you a feedback manually.
