That's why we guarantee that our valves are made with the best materials and undergo rigorous testing to make sure they exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, send it back to us and we will issue a refund. Customer must request refund within two weeks of delivery date. Any returned orders past satisfaction guaranteed period may be subject to additional fees.
Return Policy
Our items come with a 14 day warranty from date of delivery, unless specified otherwise. If a product is returned for reasons other than a functional problem not stated in the description (ie. not compatible with buyer's equipment, don't want it), returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
