Heller Bros made, from the 1913 Fulghum patent. They were patented as a horse shoe nail puller, enabling the user to extract a nail that had been fully driven in without having to remove the whole shoe.This example still has really good embossed lettering and the hoof pick on the end of the handle still has a nice point to it. It also has a wire cutter on it, I have had other ones that didn't have that so I am not sure if it is original or not.
