The motor control unit is clean, is in excellent condition, and comes from a working Sleep Number FlexFit adjustable bed base.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE VARIATIONS IN THE OKIMAT 2 IP20 MOTOR CONTROLS SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THAT THIS ONE LOOKS LIKE THE ONE YOU HAVE ALREADY BEFORE ORDERING.  IT'S BEST TO REFER TO ALL OF THE PHOTOS TO SEE THAT THE PORTS AND ALL LOOK THE SAME.
