(one) OCS Checkweigher , Automatic Weighing Instrument , type HC , s/n 1200610 , (2015) , 750 gram max , with Wipotec EC2000 weigh station , 2-FS-2-12-18-26-27 D:.01G , DL: 4000G , Wolke M600 Touch , WLK680180 print controller , Wolke Videojet printhead with WLK667482 print cartridge , Optel Vision station with Allied Vision GC2450 . The infeed conveyor is 80mm wide and appears to have a maximum height of approx. 100mm . The outfeed conveyors are 200mm wide . There is a bad code reject station prior to the checkweigher and a reject station after the checkweigher . The display station is Wipotec Displayeinheit 15" TFT ID#70054225 . The entire structure is stainless steel square tubing , with (6) legs equipped with adjustable feet . The electrical enclosure is stainless steel and all internal wiring seems intact . There is a flexible conduit that contains (9) control type cables . These have been cut external to the enclosure . This unit was removed from service in pharmaceutical use and last serviced in March 2023 . The last 3 pictures are of a control from an Optel carton tracker of a similar age as the checkweigher that came from the same plant that the checkweigher came from. The Optel controls were not from the same machine . The Optel camera was identical in the checkweigher and the carton tracker . The Optel control does power up .
