What is a HUB?
In jewelry, coining, and medallions, a manufacturer needs an original master pattern. A hub is the original, expertly hand-carved, highly detailed, raised relief pattern. A work of mostly undiscovered, valuable, and collectible art & sculpture. Because the hub is the master pattern, they were used to create a die and then placed back on the shelf.

What is a DIE?
A die is the impression made directly from the original hub. The die would then be used in the manufacturing process of jewelry coining, and medallions and would be “die-struck”. If a die cracked, another impression die could be created from the original hub pattern. Dies have the reverse image so that the impression is the correct orientation when struck.

    Michigan Residents will be charged 6% Sales Tax.

    1. We combine shipping.  If you are buying more than one item, please wait for your invoice to pay.  If shopping over more than one day, please drop us a note to let us know you are bidding on more items.  We will send a new invoice each evening. We are professionals and each of our packages will be shipped with USPS (smaller ones) that have a delivery confirmation code.  Check in your "My eBay" section to see when your package has been sent, we usually send the next day, but please give us 48 hours to send after payment has been made.

    2. We will ship your item to the address that eBay shows when we print your shipping label.

    3. Please do not ask us to change our auctions to do a buy it now.  In order to be fair to all our clients, we do not do this.  Please participate in our auction.

    4.  Please look below the photos in our auction to see if we have answered any buyer questions that may add to the description of the item. 

    International Shipping Information:

    1. Please ask for International Shipping Prices PRIOR to bidding and check in the auction to see if this item will be shipped internationally.

    2. Any item that weighs 4 pounds or more and/ or sells for $50 or more, MUST be sent with Priority Mail to ensure a tracking code on the package.

    3.  Import duties, taxes, charges are not included in the quoted shipping price or the item price.  These charges are the buyer's/ bidder's responsibility.  You must know your country's customs office rules to determine what any additional cost may be incurred.  Please do not think these additional charges are part of the shipping charges.
