Shipping
Courier: We use First Class DHL service with a traceable tracking number.
Dispatch: The product will be delivered within 6-12 business days after receiving clear payment. But this can be delayed due to weekends or Government and Religious Festivals.
Combined Shipping: Although we pay by weight to DHL for all our deliveries, yet we will be happy to offer you a shipping discount when you buy more than one item.
Exclusions: Due to regional regulations, we are not able to ship to Israel, P.O. Box addresses. This is beyond our control and we apologize for the inconvenience.
International Customers: Please be aware that you are responsible for complying with your country's local laws and regulations, including any VAT payments. If your shipment is held by customs, we will provide the necessary documents, but the responsibility for releasing the shipment lies with you.
Remote Area Shipping
Customers with remote area addresses will need to pay an additional $30 or as declared by DHL for shipping or provide an alternative address that is not classified as remote by DHL. If this is not possible, you will need to cooperate in canceling the order without leaving negative feedback.
