This is the rear case output seal & bushing in the rear case half for the New Venture NP263XHD & NP261XHD transfer cases.
Check the ID tag on the rear of the case to confirm you have the NP263XHD or NP261XHD.NV261XD.NV263XHD
If the tag is missing measure the slip yoke on the driveshaft where it goes into the rear seal. It should measure 2.20"
Notes: Also fits Dodge NV4500 5 speed 2wd diesel or V10 gas & NV5600 6 speed 2wd
