Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Mullard mustard capacitor, from the 1960s. This is rated at .1 uf 400v, and will test very close to that, with no/minimal leakage/ESR. This is an incredibly high-quality cap and is guaranteed to work great for you. This is a genuine Philips Mullard cap, not a Bianchi cap. Please see my pictures for details.
