REGARDING POSTAGE AND HANDLING
tracking [-e-bay rules] an additional cost , we have two taxes PSt and HST as well as a 9%fuel surcharge on all parcels ,these do not show up on the sticker price but on the final bill I pay . I have moved from large center to an Island community unfortunately postal rates are higher due to additional transportation costs
