IT IS MARKED AND USED , MEASURES 10 inches wide from handle to handle and without the handles its 7.25 wide and 2 inches deep 

AND IT IS ALL HAND PAINTED WITH PRETTY blossoms  AND THEN YOU HAVE ALL THE GOLD WHICH IS RAISED AND BEADED .

THIS IS A PERFECT PORCELAIN PIECE but has some gold loss on the handle as shown
