This listing is for one (1) MicroCare TriggerGrip™ Bench Mounting Kit, MCC-BK3.  The new in the box aerosol can holder is part of the TriggerGrip™ cleaning system. 

A less specialized use is that it securely holds aerosol cans and spray bottles.  Perfect for holding spray paint cans!  The EDS safe metal ring has an inside diameter of 2 ¾” and is about 3 ¼” deep.   The workbench organizer can be wall or bench mounted with the included screws.
