Free Shipping applies only to orders shipped within the Continental United States.
We save all records of serial numbers and other identification numbers for our items.
Due to delays from carriers and customs, we no longer offer International shipping. If you are located outside the United States, you may want to consider using a freight forwarder based in the United States. They can help you determine eligibility, customs and other costs.
Unless listed as no returns, and you have ordered the wrong item for your needs, we will gladly accept returns. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to select the shipping method for all orders listed as Free Shipping. We ship USPS and Fed-Ex. Should your item arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging.
Your order is available for onsite pickup at no fee. However, we are not a walk-in retail shop, so you need to schedule a pickup. After you purchase, we will be happy to arrange a time for you to pick up your items from our Rolling Meadows, IL office.
