By "hassle free" we mean that if the part is defective, we're not going to ask you a thousand questions and make you fill out a form to get the part returned. If it's defective, we take it back, and replace it with a working unit (or refund your money if no replacement is available for any reason). That's it.

The warranty extends ONE YEAR (365 days) from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers factory defects and errors in workmanship and materials.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, or improper installation is NOT covered by this warranty.

  • The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • We accept no liability for damage beyond the original purchase price of the part.

  • Defective parts will be exchanged only for the duration of the original warranty period.

Warranty Shipping

When exchanging a defective part, please click here to contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) first.  Ship the package back to us by the courier of your choosing, writing the RMA number somewhere on the package.  Once we have received the defective part, we will ship a replacement unit to you within one business day.


Return Policy

Any item can be returned within 30 business days of receipt, as long as the item(s) has never been installed and is returned in the original box. Such returns must be shipped back to Crank-n-Charge at the buyer's expense.
