Push button in to lock in the on position, Push button in to detent out to off position.

Switch housing is 15mm wide and 8mm tall
Metal bracket is approximately 26mm wide
Metal bracket holes on the bottom and front are 20mm a part, measured center-to-center
Metal bracket holes on the front are threaded

Toko-Schadow was a joint venture between two electronics companies: Toko Inc., a Japanese manufacturer of electronic components, and Schadow GmbH, a German manufacturer of switches and controls. The joint venture was established in 1985 and was based in Schieder-Schwalenberg, Germany. Toko-Schadow specialized in the production of switches, potentiometers, and other electro-mechanical components for use in a variety of applications, including consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and automotive systems. The company operated for several years under the joint venture arrangement before eventually being acquired by Alps Electric, another major Japanese electronics company, in 2000.
