This bag comes with the shoulder strap, and has 2 compartments inside. I could not find info online, but I did find the Port Authority trademark inside, and I do know that it fits my 17" laptop with room to spare.

I am selling off a rare Star Trek "Unity" laptop bag. I won it in an auction at an SF con a couple years ago, but never got around to using it.
