These are new prosthetic footshells. The internal length is 2cm difference from the external length. Example a size 27 prosthetic foot shell will have external length of 27cm and the internal length (inside of the shell) of 25cm. The items have the typical heel clip seen in most foot shells. If possible measure the length of your carbon foot and look at the bottom of your footshell. Example if your footshell says 27 or 27cm, which means the external length id 27cm to fit in your shoe. The carbon foot will always be shorter than the external length of the shell for obvious reasons (if they were the Same length how will the foot fit in to the shell. How short the carbon foot is in comparison to the shell will depend on the manufacture of your carbon foot. The best way to handle this situation would be to measure the carbon foot length to know what the difference is and see if it is approximately 2cm shorter than the size written on the outside your shell. For your information most prosthetic carbon feet are usually approx 2cm shorter than the shell length. This shell will work with most feet. Some feet are shorter than 2cm, and closer to 4cm.
